蔡凡熙從小在臺南長大，原本在臺南從事棒球運動，後來放棄打球，到台北念莊敬高職學習表演，因緣際會通過九把刀的電影《報告老師！怪怪怪怪物！》甄選並於2016年開始拍戲生涯。幼稚園時父母親離異，隨母親住臺南。童年一直欠缺父親陪伴，直到就讀民德國中才和爸爸取得聯絡，並在高三之後北上和爸爸同住，得到更多培養彼此感情的機會。
