伊利亞·喬丹·伍德（英語：Elijah Jordan Wood，1981年1月28日－）是一位美國男演員，代表作品的知名角色有《魔戒電影三部曲》的主角佛羅多·巴金斯。銀幕初登作為《回到未來2》一片中的小角色，之後才陸續接演較重要的戲份。

出生於美國愛荷華州錫達拉皮茲，是家中三個小孩中的第二名小孩，父母親分別為擔任熟食店店長的華倫·伍德（Warren W. Wood）和狄布拉（Debra krause）。伍德成長於天主教家庭，同時擁有英國、德國、奧地利和丹麥的血統。讀小學時便演出舞台劇《真善美》，隔年演出《綠野仙蹤》的主角。
