中川雅也（1963年11月4日－），常稱莉莉·弗蘭奇（（日語：リリー・フランキー Riri Furanki），英語：Lily Franky），日本福岡縣小倉市（今北九州市）出生，是一名日本作家，身兼插畫、音樂、攝影及唱片騎師等多職，為時尚創意人，在日本各大電視台及報紙都有專欄；在武藏野美術大學畢業。中川在作詞和作曲時有時候會使用「Elvis Woodstock」（エルヴィス・ウッドストック）的筆名，但在其他時候則只會使用「Lily Franky」名義活動。
