山口勝平（やまぐち かっぺい，本名：山口 光雄（やまぐち みつお），1965年5月23日－）是日本男性聲優、播音及舞台劇演員。福岡縣福岡市出身。同時亦是電台節目主持人。身高160公分，星座是雙子座。現為二十一世紀霍士劇團成員之一。已婚，為紀念曾經參與亂馬1/2的聲優工作，將女兒取名為「山口茜」(與亂馬1/2的天道茜同名)。
