柳承龍（韓語：류승룡，1970年11月29日－），韓國男演員。自1986年起開始出演音樂劇和舞台劇，2004年以首爾藝術大學前輩張鎮所執導的《認識的女人》在影壇出道。通過飾演《弓箭之戰》的滿洲將領、《妻人太甚》的浪蕩公子、《雙面君王》的朝鮮時代都承旨、《7號房的禮物》的患有智力障礙的爸爸等不同角色給觀眾帶來驚喜，且接連在票房上取得優異成績。2021年7月，柳承龍、河智苑主演的電影《雨光》官宣開機。
