津川 雅彥（1940年1月2日－）為日本演員，所屬藝能事務所Gran Papa Production，且擔任執行董事一職。生於京都市中京區。血型O型。本名加藤 雅彥（かとう まさひこ）。京都洛星中學高等學校、早稻田大學高等學院中退。明治大學付屬中野高等學校、文化學院短期大學畢業。以牧野雅彥的身份從事電影導演活動，首部作品為《守靈夜狂想曲》。
