保羅·富蘭克林·迪諾（英語：Paul Franklin Dano，/ˈdeɪnoʊ/，1984年6月19日－）是一位美國男演員、製片人、編劇、導演、歌手和音樂家。他在2000年出演了自己的首部電影《新生報到》。較著名的作品如《少男初體驗》（2001年）、《小太陽的願望》（2006年）、《黑金企業》（2007年）、《騎士出任務》（2010年）和《搖滾愛重生》（2014年）。
