馬修·佩吉·戴蒙（Matthew Paige Damon，1970年10月8日－），但較常被稱為麥特·戴蒙（Matt Damon），是一名美國演員與編劇，出生於劍橋市，父親是一名投資銀行家，母親則是幼童教育學教授。
麥特·戴蒙曾一度進入哈佛大學就讀，但卻因想持續投入演藝界，在學分未修滿的情況下肄業前往洛杉磯發展。戴蒙與好友，同時也是演員的班·艾佛列克（Ben Affleck）因為撰寫了電影《心靈捕手》（Good Will Hunting）劇本而獲得奧斯卡金像獎的最佳原著劇本獎，而他本人也因同一部電影而獲得最佳男主角獎的入圍提名。主要代表作有《天才雷普利》、《神鬼認證》三部曲、《瞞天過海》系列、《無間道風雲》和《絕地救援》等片。
