海倫娜·波漢·卡特（英語：Helena Bonham Carter，1966年5月26日－），英國電影演員。 80年代末，海倫娜在其早期參演的一些E·M·福斯特小說改編的電影中嶄露頭角。其後又是亨利·詹姆斯的小說《慾望之翼》改編的同名電影讓她在各大電影節備受關注。但是這位一向以演歐洲文藝片著稱的女演員在近年來也開始轉向好萊塢商業片。 曾與英國男演員肯尼斯·布拉納同居5年（1994－1999），與著名導演提姆·波頓育有一子（2003年）及一女。
