趣味は歌、料理、ショッピング、100円玉集め、インテリア集め。歌は洋楽や加藤ミリヤの曲を聴く。洋楽は、音楽の専門学校のゴスペルの授業や英語曲のボーカルレッスンがきっかけで聴くようになり、Alicia Keys、Backstreet Boys、ONE DIRECTION、Red Hot Chili Peppers、Maroon 5、Justin Bieber、Madonnaなどを聴く。休日はNE-YO、Backstreet Boysを聴く。カラオケでよく歌う曲は西野カナ「このままで」、乃木坂46「嫉妬の権利」。好きなアーティストは洋楽ではUsher、Charlie Puth、Ariana Grande。邦楽では西野カナ、YUI、Every Little Thing、椎名林檎（東京事変）、コブクロ、FUNKY MONKEY BABYS。中でも西野カナは白石にとって一番憧れている人でもあり白石の家宝は音楽番組で共演した時にもらった西野カナのサイン。100円玉は銀貨として集めている。ボディスクラブ、帽子も集めている。
