ギャレット・ヘドランド（Garrett Hedlund、本名: Garrett John Hedlund、1984年9月3日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の俳優。

ミネソタ州北部の牧場の近くの小さな町にて、3人兄弟の長男として生まれる。父親はスウェーデン系移民の子で、母親はドイツとノルウェーの移民の末裔である。14歳の時にアリゾナ州に移住し、そこでスカウトの目にとまった。エージェントと契約してからはロサンゼルスに移動し、俳優活動を行っている。
