ヒュー・マイケル・ホレイス・ダンシー（Hugh Michael Horace Dancy, 1975年6月19日 - ）は、イギリスの俳優。

イングランド、ストーク・オン・トレント出身。父親はレディング大学の哲学教授であり哲学者のジョナサン・ダンシー[2]。英国一の歴史を誇る名門パブリックスクール（全寮制男子校）であるウィンチェスター・カレッジを卒業後、オックスフォード大学のセント・ピーターズ・カレッジで学んだ。
ウィンチェスター・カレッジ在籍中にシェイクスピアの『十二夜』などを演じ演劇の道に目覚め、大学卒業後はBBCのドラマシリーズなどに出演。その後2001年の『ブラックホーク・ダウン』でハリウッドに進出。
2004年には、ケイト・モスとともにバーバリーのモデルを務めた。
