ルーファス・シーウェル（Rufus Sewell, 本名: Rufus Frederick Sewell, 1967年10月29日 - ）は、イギリスの俳優である。舞台俳優としても有名で、ブロードウェイの舞台にも立っている。 ミドルセックス州（現ロンドン）にて、オーストラリア人の父親とウェールズ人の母親の間に生まれる。父親はビートルズのアニメ映画『イエローサブマリン』に参加したアニメーターだったが、シーウェルが10歳の時に亡くなっている。 ロンドンのセントラル・スクール・オブ・スピーチ・アンド・ドラマで演技を学び、1986年に舞台『Making It Better』でデビューする。1991年に『21/Twenty-One』で映画デビューする。イギリスのテレビシリーズではチャールズ2世を演じている。映画では『ROCK YOU!（ロック・ユー！）』を始め、敵役を演じることが多い。
