ナオミ・ハリス（Naomie Harris、本名：Naomie Melanie Harris、1976年9月6日 - ）は、イギリスの女優。
ロンドン出身。母親はジャマイカからの移民。
ケンブリッジ大学ペンブルック・カレッジ（Pembroke College）卒業後にブリストルの演劇学校に通い、演技の勉強をした。1995年に映画デビュー。
2002年の”28日後...”でヒロインを務め、注目を集める。2004年の”ダイヤモンド・イン・パラダイス”でハリウッド進出を果たし、”パイレーツ・オブ・カリビアン”シリーズでティア・ダルマを演じた。
