永山 絢斗（ながやま けんと、1989年3月7日 ）は、日本の俳優である。東京都出身。パパドゥ所属。 実兄は俳優の瑛太。2007年にテレビドラマ『おじいさん先生』で俳優デビュー。2010年『ソフトボーイ』で映画初主演し、日本アカデミー賞新人俳優賞を受賞。三人兄弟の末っ子。両親は離婚しており、父子家庭で育った。次男は俳優の瑛太。義姉は歌手の木村カエラ。長男は元俳優の永山竜弥。三人とも身長が高く、声がそっくり。実家は焼肉屋「瑛斗弥」を経営していた。
