吉永小百合（よしながさゆり、本名：岡田小百合（おかださゆり）、1945年3月13日 - ）は、東京都渋谷区代々木西原町（当時）出身の女優である。そのファンは、「サユリスト」と呼称される。吉田正（作曲家）の門下生として、数多くのレコードを世に送り出している。身長157cm。　学位は学士(文学)(早稲田大学)。
