笑福亭 鶴瓶（しょうふくてい つるべ、1951年12月23日 - ）は、日本の落語家、タレント、司会者。本名は駿河 学（するが まなぶ）。出囃子は『トンコ節』または『新ラッパ』。
大阪府中河内郡長吉村（現・大阪市平野区）出身で、兵庫県西宮市甲陽園目神山町在住。所属事務所はデンナーシステムズ で、長年所属していた松竹芸能にも籍を残している。血液型O型。前述の通り、西宮市に本宅があるが、活動の拠点が東京であるため、新宿区にも別宅を持っている。
愛称は「べーさん」「べー師匠」「鶴瓶ちゃん」「まーちゃん」、「まなぶくん」など。落語家として上方落語協会相談役を務めている。2021年現在、松鶴の五番弟子である。
