上戸彩（うえとあや、1985年9月14日 - ）は、日本の女優、歌手、タレント。東京都練馬区出身。オスカープロモーション所属。夫はEXILEのHIRO。
2015年6月以降第1子妊娠のため休養したが、同年12月に再開。

2012年9月14日、EXILEのリーダーでパフォーマー（当時）のHIROと結婚したことを所属事務所を通して発表した[9]。婚姻届は都内の区役所に代理人を通じて提出。
2015年4月12日、所属事務所のFAXで、第1子妊娠を発表。ドラマ『アイムホーム』（テレビ朝日）の撮影終了後の 6月以降産休に入り、8月19日、第1子となる女児の出産を発表。出産日や体重など詳細は公表していない。その後同年12月6日、『M-1グランプリ2015』（テレビ朝日）の司会で、約半年ぶりに芸能活動を再開。
