カーラ・グギノ（Carla Gugino, 1971年8月29日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国フロリダ州出身の女優である。カーラ・グジーノ、カーラ・グジノとも表記される。

父親はイタリア系、母親はイングランドおよびアイルランド系。15歳よりモデルとして働いていたが、女優であった叔母の勧めで演技も勉強するようになる。2005年にはヴィン・ディーゼルの『キャプテン・ウルフ』のヒロインをオファーされたが、『スパイキッズ』シリーズの監督ロバート・ロドリゲスの『シン・シティ』に出演するために断ったという。
『スピン・シティ』や『シカゴ・ホープ』などのテレビシリーズにも出演している。
