ジョン・レグイザモ（John Leguizamo、1964年7月22日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の俳優・コメディアン。コロンビア・ボゴタで生まれたが、4歳の時に両親と共にニューヨークに移住した。父親はプエルトリコ人。
リー・ストラスバーグの元で演技を学んだ。映画デビューは1988年。1991年より上演された一人芝居『Mambo Mouth』がオフ・ブロードウェイでヒット。2000年に『Arabian Nights』でエミー賞を受賞。
『3人のエンジェル』ではドラァグ・クイーンを、『ロミオ+ジュリエット』ではジュリエットのいとこであるティボルトを、『ムーラン・ルージュ』ではトゥールーズ＝ロートレックなど、様々な個性的な役をこなしている。
