エイドリアン・グレニアー（Adrian Grenier 、1976年7月10日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の俳優、映画監督、ミュージシャン。バード大学で演劇を学んだ。1997年に映画デビュー。2001年にはブリトニー・スピアーズの (You Drive Me) CrazyのPVにも出演した。2002年、18年間音信不通だった自身の父親を捜すドキュメンタリー『SHOT IN THE DARK』で監督デビュー。同年、製作会社「レックレス・プロダクション」を設立。またニューヨークで活動中のニューウェーブフォークバンド「THE HONEY BROTHERS」のドラマーとしても活動している。 映画  セシル・B/ザ・シネマ・ウォーズ Cecil B.
