フランク・ミラー（Frank Miller、1957年1月27日 - 、アメリカ合衆国メリーランド州出身）はアメリカのコミックライター兼アーティストであり、『デアデビル』シリーズ、『バットマン:ダークナイト・リターンズ』、『シン・シティ』シリーズ等のアメリカン・コミック、グラフィック・ノベルの原作者。アラン・ムーアと並び現代最高のライターとの呼び声も高い。また、2005年には自作の映画化作品『シン・シティ』によって映画監督デビュー（ロバート・ロドリゲスとの共同監督）を果たしている。映画監督としての最新作は2008年公開の『ザ・スピリット』であり、初の単独監督作品でもある。アイルランド系のカトリック教徒。
