サー・イアン・マーレイ・マッケラン（Sir Ian Murray McKellen, CBE, 1939年5月25日 - ）は、イングランド出身の俳優である。舞台と映画の両方で活躍し、またゲイの権利擁護キャンペーンでも知られている。
ランカシャー・バーンリーに生まれたマッケランは、演技の勉強を本格的にしたことはないが、ケンブリッジ大学セント・キャサリン・カレッジ在学中から様々な舞台に立ち、卒業後の1961年にプロとして舞台デビューした。
1990年にナイトに叙勲され、サーの称号を得ている。
