フィリップ・ベイカー・ホール（Philip Baker Hall、1931年9月10日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の俳優。

オハイオ州トリード出身。トリード大学卒業。
俳優になる前は軍人、また教師として働いたこともあった。30歳の時にニューヨークに移り、ブロードウェイなどの舞台に立つようになる。1975年にロサンゼルスに移り、『となりのサインフェルド』などのテレビシリーズに出演するようになる。
ポール・トーマス・アンダーソン作品の常連でもある。
