尾上 寛之（おのうえ ひろゆき、1985年7月16日 - ）は、日本の俳優。大阪府茨木市出身。鈍牛倶楽部所属。金光大阪高等学校出身。小学生の頃より「日本芸能センター」にてレッスンを受け、レギュラーデビュー前からCMや映画などに多数出演。1994年（平成6年）、NHK朝の連続テレビ小説『ぴあの』で子役として俳優レギュラーデビュー。特技はエレキギター・バスケットボール。八重歯が特徴。
