キャリー＝アン・モス（Carrie-Anne Moss、1967年8月21日 - ）は、カナダの女優。20歳でヨーロッパに移りモデルとなる。スペインにいた時に、バルセロナで撮影されていたアメリカのテレビシリーズに出演したことがきっかけで数本のドラマに出演。1999年に映画『マトリックス』のトリニティ役に抜擢され、一気に脚光を浴びる。なお、同作品に出演する以前に『The Matrix』というテレビドラマに出演したことがあるが、この2作品は無関係である。2000年の『メメント』でインディペンデント・スピリット賞助演女優賞を、2006年公開の『スノーケーキを君に』でジェミニ賞助演女優賞を受賞。
