マイケル・ルーカー（Michael Rooker, 1955年4月6日 - ）はアメリカ合衆国の俳優。

アラバマ州出身。13歳の時に両親が離婚して母親と共にシカゴに移り住み、Goodman School of Dramaで演技を学ぶ。1986年にデビュー。
『ヘンリー』で実在の殺人鬼ヘンリー・リー・ルーカスを演じて注目される。以降、主に悪役として映画に出演。
合気道を習っていた。
