ジェイソン・クラーク（Jason Clarke, 1969年7月17日 - ）は、オーストラリアの俳優である。
俳優デビュー後はテレビシリーズ『Murder Call』、『Wildside』、『Home and Away』、『Blue Heelers』、『All Saints、『ファースケープ』、『White Collar Blue』、『Stingers』などにゲスト出演した。2006年から2008年までは『ブラザーフッド』に計29話出演した。
映画では『愛人契約』、『デス・レース』、『裸足の1500マイル』に出演した。
2009年にマイケル・マン監督の『パブリック・エネミーズ』で"レッド"・ハミルトン（英語版）を演じた。翌2010年にはマイケルの娘のアミ・カナーン・マン監督の『キリング・フィールズ失踪地帯』に出演した。
2011年にはフォックスのテレビシリーズ『The Chicago Code』で主要キャラクターを演じた。
