小市 慢太郎（こいち まんたろう、1969年2月15日 - ）は、日本の俳優。声優の経験もあり。大阪府大阪市出身。同志社大学卒業。血液型はB型。学生時代よりマキノノゾミの劇団M.O.Pに参加。2001年に "张り込み" で映画初主演。その後、舞台だけでなく、本格的に映像に进出。2002年秋のNHK朝ドラ "まんてん" レギュラー、CX・ TBSなどの连ドラゲストにも多数出演、2004年秋公开松竹映画「隠し剣 鬼の爪」（山田洋次监督）など。今冬には 救命病栋24时 のレギュラー出演。
