高崎 翔太（たかさき しょうた、1988年9月21日 - ）は、新潟県出身の俳優である。株式会社Toki Entertainmentに所属。愛称、翔太。2008年、『ミュージカル・テニスの王子様』で本格的にデビューする。約2年にわたり青学5代目・菊丸英二役として活動する。2010年6月、急病により出演予定舞台を降板した。9月21日、公式ファンクラブ「Show Travel」を発足する。2011年、株式会社アルファコアより、Toki Entertainmentへ移籍。
