マイク・リー（Mike Leigh, OBE,1943年2月20日 - ）はイギリスの映画監督・脚本家・舞台監督である。ロンドン芸術大学のキャンバーウェル・カレッジ・オブ・アーツ出身。フランスのカンヌ国際映画祭では1993年に『ネイキッド 』で監督賞、1996年に『秘密と嘘』でパルムドールと2度受賞している。ほとんどの監督作品で脚本を使わず、俳優たちと一緒に各々のキャラクターを作り上げ、その上でほぼ即興で演じさせる。2004年には『ヴェラ・ドレイク』でヴェネツィア国際映画祭金獅子賞を受賞。
