イライアス・コティーズ（Elias Koteas, 1961年3月11日 - ）は、カナダ・ケベック州モントリオール出身の俳優。両親共にギリシャ系で、ギリシャ語を話す。カナダの大学で学んだ後、ニューヨークのアメリカン・アカデミー・オブ・ドラマティック・アーツとアクターズ・スタジオで演技を学んだ。1985年から映画に出演しはじめる。
