平 幹二朗（ひら みきじろう、1933年11月21日 - ）は、日本の俳優・演出家。長男は俳優の平岳大。 所属事務所は赤坂マネージメント事務所。 『はだしのゲン』で知られる中沢啓治も在校していた神崎小学校5年の時、上下町の叔父宅の単身疎開。このため原爆投下には遭わなかった。カナダ生まれの移民二世の母親はこの間、東京で通訳の仕事をしながら仕送りを続けた。広島県立上下高等学校卒業後、俳優座養成所に5期生として入所。同期に木村俊恵・今井和子・藤田敏八（後に監督）ら。1956年俳優座座員となり、同年『貸間探し』で初舞台。以後、『千鳥』『四谷怪談』『ファウスト』などに出演。端整な容姿と、スケールの大きさを感じさせる演技で注目され、仲代達矢とともに同座の若手ホープと目される。
