ジェイソン・ジョーダン・シーゲル（Jason Jordan Segel, 1980年1月18日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の俳優。カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルスで生まれ、ロサンゼルス市内のパシフィック・パリセイドで育つ。ユダヤ教徒だが、カトリック系の学校に通っていた。ジャド・アパトーが製作総指揮を務めたテレビシリーズ『フリークス学園』で有名となる。以後、アパトー作品の常連となる。
