アラン・カミング（Alan Cumming, 1965年1月27日 - ）はスコットランド出身の俳優である。
グラスゴーで演技を学んだ後、舞台・テレビで活躍。舞台俳優・映画俳優・映画監督・脚本家・執筆家など、その活動は多岐にわたる。特に有名なのが舞台『キャバレー』で、トニー賞を始め、数々の賞を受賞している。映画ではゲイ・変人・オタク等の変わった役が多いが、どれも出てくるだけで主役が霞んでしまうような存在感がある。特殊メイク（『X-MEN2』や『マスク2』）や、白塗り（『タイタス』）の役も多い。
2002年に処女小説『Tommy's Tale』が出版された。
2015年6月7日に行われた第69回トニー賞（英語版）の司会をクリスティン・チェノウェスと務めた。
