レア・セイドゥ（仏: Léa Seydoux, 1985年7月1日 - ）は、フランスの女優。2008年の映画『美しい人』 La belle personne の演技で、第34回セザール賞の有望若手女優賞にノミネートされた。日本ではレア・セドゥーとも表記される。祖父のジェローム・セイドゥはフランスの映画会社パテの会長であり、大おじのニコラ・セイドゥも同じくフランスの映画会社ゴーモンの会長及びCEO。
