フォレスト・ウィテカー（Forest Steven Whitaker, 1961年7月15日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の俳優。舞台とテレビドラマを経て1982年に映画デビュー。『プラトーン』や『クライング・ゲーム』、『スモーク』や『グッドモーニング, ベトナム』などの映画で印象的な演技を披露し俳優として着実に評価を高めていく一方で複数の映画で監督や脚本、製作を担当した。 1988年の『バード』でカンヌ国際映画祭男優賞を受賞し、また2006年の『ラスト・キング・オブ・スコットランド』ではウガンダの独裁者イディ・アミンを演じ、この演技で第79回アカデミー賞主演男優賞やゴールデングローブ賞主演男優賞を初め各映画賞の主演男優賞を独占し、アフリカ系アメリカ人俳優としては史上4人目の受賞となった。
