ジャレッド・ハリス（Jared Harris, 1961年8月24日 - ）は、イギリスの俳優。
ロンドン出身。父親は俳優のリチャード・ハリス。二男。舞台で活躍し、ロイヤル・シェイクスピア・カンパニーに所属していたが、90年代より映画にも出始める。インディペンデント映画によく出演している。
『スモーク』では主人公オギーの店で働く男の人を、『I SHOT ANDY WAHOLE』ではアンディ・ウォーホルを、『ハピネス』では胡散臭いロシア人タクシードライバーを、『シルヴィア』ではシルヴィアの担当編集者を演じていたが、毎回、同一人物とは思えないほど印象が変わる。
2003年の舞台公演を機に交際をはじめた女優のエミリア・フォックスと2005年に結婚した。二人の間に子供はおらず、2009年1月に離婚申請し、2010年に成立した。
