Veep Season 4

Genre: Comedy
Premiere Date:
0.0
A four-time Emmy nominee for Outstanding Comedy Series, Season 4 finally won the big prize, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus made it four-for-four with another statuette for Outstanding Lead Actress as Selina Meyer, who opens the season with her first big speech since becoming president before a joint session of Congress. Of course, just because she's the most powerful person on the planet doesn't mean her staff is more capable now than before her previous boss stepped down, as Amy (Anna Chlumsky), Ben (Kevin Dunn), Gary (Tony Hale), Dan (Reid Scott), Mike (Matt Walsh), Sue (Sufe Bradshaw) and Kent (Gary Cole) do their best not to sabotage her Oval Office honeymoon. And on top of freeing an American reporter jailed in Iran, dealing with campaign chaos and finding a scapegoat for a major data-breach scandal, there's still the small matter of actually winning an election. Also appearing are Hugh Laurie, Timothy C. Simons, Sam Richardson, Patton Oswalt, Sarah Sutherland and Diedrich Bader.
