When Calls the Heart Season 4

The drama series' fourth season opens with Abigail (Lori Loughlin) starting her job as mayor of Hope Valley. As she tries to wade through the sea of small requests coming from the townsfolk, Ray Wyatt (Jeremy Guilbaut) proposes a new train route that would bring new people and business into town. As the season progresses, the effects of the railroad construction start to manifest themselves in the form of new workforce coming into town and some of the locals becoming skeptical about the new people, which in turn puts the townsfolk at odds with each other.
