丁一宇（韓語：정일우，1987年9月9日－），韓國男演員。常見錯誤譯名為鄭日宇。他是家中長子，有一位大他五歲的姐姐，父親是一位商人，媽媽是國民大學古代織物研究所所長。2006年因出演MBC長篇家庭喜劇《不可阻擋的High Kick》受到觀眾喜愛而走紅，並憑該劇獲得2007年MBC演藝大賞最佳新人獎。2008年，憑藉電影《我的愛》提名第44屆百想藝術大賞男子最佳新人賞，並於同年成為北京奧運會韓國地區的火炬手。2009年，在出演電視劇《一枝梅歸來》和《拜託小姐》之後重回校園專心學業，直至2011年以SBS電視劇《49天》作為回歸作品。2016年11月14日，出演中國首檔明星創業真人秀節目《星星來啦》在上海舉行發布會，在各大平台造成熱烈迴響，點播率已經達到250萬。2016年12月8日入伍，由於其於2006年曾遭遇車禍，手腕、骨盆等多處受傷，因而被允許以公益勤務要員身份服役2年。
