鄭敬淏（韓語：정경호）父親是執導過《無子無憂》、《人生多美麗》、《媽媽發怒了》等電視劇的導演鄭乙永，2004年客串演出電視劇《新娘18歲》踏入戲劇圈，之後演出《對不起，我愛你》、《狗和狼的時間》男配角，打開知名度，陸續演出多部電視劇，包括《無情都市》、《無盡的愛》、《為純情著迷》、《Missing9》、《機智牢房生活》、《火星生活》、《當惡魔呼喊你的名字時》等，其中他在《為純情著迷》飾演的男主角個性太過可愛傲嬌，與他本人有極大反差，從此被粉絲暱稱「鄭少女」。2020和2021年因演出《機智醫生生活》一、二季裡五人幫中的主角金雋婠，人氣再度翻紅。
