李霈瑜（Patty Lee，1988年7月16日－），台灣女性主持人、演員。生於台灣，童年時期居住於紐西蘭，大學時於瑞典交換學生，輔仁大學織品服裝學系織品設計組畢業。19歲以廣告模特兒入行，之後轉戰活動及電視節目主持，近年作品以潛水行腳節目《水下三十米》活潑、陽光的主持風格最為受矚目。
