陳妤（1994年5月7日－），台灣女演員，畢業於中國文化大學戲劇系。2015年通過由王小棣等八位導演共同創辦的「Q Place表演教室」好演員班甄選、戲劇課程訓練，以第二期學員身分結業。於2016年出演植劇場第一部《戀愛沙塵暴》中林亦珊一角，被網友封為「巴柔萌妹」而備受矚目。2017年以《植劇場－戀愛沙塵暴》獲得第52屆金鐘獎『戲劇節目新進演員獎』。在2019年電視劇《我們與惡的距離》[6]中演出加害者的妹妹李大芝一角，隨著該劇爆紅也獲得注目並迅速走紅。在2020年電影《可不可以，你也剛好喜歡我》中飾演女主角田筱湘一角。
