廉惠蘭（韓語：염혜란，1976年－），韓國女演員。1999年以話劇演員的身份出道，2003年轉至電影圈發展。2016年起出演多部電視劇如《鄰家英雄》、《Dear My Friends》及《孤單又燦爛的神－鬼怪》而始受關注。
