姜其永（韓語：강기영，1983年10月14日－），韓國男演員。在2009年參與的一次公演中出道，及後在多部電視劇如《打架吧鬼神》、《舉重妖精金福珠》和《隧道》中所飾演的角色均給觀眾留下深刻印象。其後，在《金秘書為何那樣》中飾演幽默風趣的朴佑值一角得到大眾支持，正式打開知名度。2022年主演劇集《非常律師禹英禑》以知性魅力的面貌出現，演技獲得一致好評，角色深受觀眾喜愛而爆紅。
