李炳憲（韓語：이병헌，一般被錯誤音譯為李秉憲，1970年7月12日－），韓國男演員。1991年KBS電視台第14期演員班結業。1991年演出第一部電視劇《瀝青、我的故鄉》。進入電視圈首四年，即獲一次KBS演技大賞最佳新人獎，二次KBS演技大賞最佳男演員獎。1995年開始出演電影，是電影電視雙棲人氣與實力兼備，演技備受好評及信任的韓國國民演員。 2016年李秉憲以電影《內部者們》橫掃韓國三大電影獎（青龍 + 百想 + 大鐘）影帝，是韓國影壇史上唯一同年獲大滿貫影帝的演員。 李炳憲也獲得過四次百想視帝和一次百想電影大賞。「李秉憲是韓國獲得「影帝＋視帝」最多的演員」。2012年蓋洛普韓國（Gallup Korea）「最活躍的電影演員」TOP10名列第一。2005年至2020年蓋洛普韓國（Gallup Korea）「最活躍的電影演員」TOP10共獲選12次，與宋康昊並列韓國影星獲選最多次第一名。
