莉莉·克蘿伊·妮娜特·湯姆森，藝名莉莉·詹姆斯（Lily James），是一名英國英格蘭女演員。著名角色是時代劇《唐頓莊園》中的羅絲·麥克萊爾（Rose MacClare）及迪士尼2015年《仙履奇緣》真人電影中的仙杜瑞拉。

詹姆士出生於英國薩里郡伊舍，祖母是電影《異形》裡為Mother配音的海倫·荷頓（Helen Horton）。在父親2008年因癌症過世後不久，成為演員，並將藝名的姓氏改為「詹姆士」（父親的名字）。就讀於特陵的倫敦藝術教育學院，2010年畢業於倫敦的市政廳音樂及戲劇學院。
