陳庭妮（英文：Annie Chen，1989年4月28日－），台灣電視女演員。模特兒選拔出道，曾演出偶像劇。曾在接受雜誌專訪時透露自己是台灣第一批試管嬰兒，因擔心他人眼光故鮮少提及此事。大學就讀於桃園開南大學財務金融學系，大四時為兼顧演藝工作，降轉到醒吾科技大學財務金融系三年級，後因工作關係辦理休學。2007年Catwalk Girl第一屆凱渥夢幻之星選拔冠軍（比賽時間：2007年6月18日到2007年8月18日）。2016年電影「失控謊言」中首度跨足大銀幕，獲得金馬獎最佳新演員提名。2021年電影「青春弒戀」挑戰從影以來最大尺度，獲得金馬獎最佳女配角提名。
