陳意涵（1982年11月12日－）台灣台北縣人，是新生代電視、電影女演員、廣告女演員。2002年上過中視綜藝節目《我猜我猜我猜猜猜》的人不可貌相單元，之後在餐廳打工時，被發掘而正式踏入演藝圈。進入演藝圈後，參與多部電影、電視劇、廣告及MV的拍攝，在電影《星月無盡》、《聽說》和電視劇《我要變成硬柿子》、《痞子英雄》皆擔任女主角，令知名度大增，目前是演藝圈中表現亮眼的新生代女演員之一。更憑電影《聽說》獲得第12屆台北電影節「最佳女演員」獎項。除了在台灣，也到中國大陸拍攝戲劇，所以在中國亦有知名度。
